30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all completed deliverables.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The delivered software does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project contract
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without prior notice and mutual agreement
- The software contains critical bugs that prevent its intended functionality and cannot be resolved within 30 days
- We are unable to provide the services due to technical limitations not disclosed during the initial consultation
- The project is cancelled by Dylan Tech Solutions due to internal reasons
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Initial consultation and project planning fees
- Custom research and analysis work already completed
- Third-party licenses, hosting, or software costs
- Work completed and approved in previous milestone phases
- Services rendered more than 30 days ago
- Consulting services and technical support hours already provided
Project Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- Before project start: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Within first 7 days: Refund of remaining balance after deducting completed work
- After 7 days: Payment for all completed work and deliverables
- 50% completion or more: No refund, payment for all work completed
Dylan Tech Solutions-Initiated Cancellation:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Delivery of all completed work at no additional cost
- Assistance in transitioning to another service provider if requested
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- 1 Contact Us: Send a detailed refund request to support@dylantechsolutions.com
- 2 Provide Information: Include your project details, order number, and reason for the refund request
- 3 Review Process: We will review your request within 5 business days
- 4 Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- 5 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
Payment & Project Terms
Payment Schedule:
- 25% deposit to begin project
- 25% at 25% project completion
- 25% at 75% project completion
- 25% upon final delivery
Project Modifications:
- Scope changes may affect timeline and cost
- Additional features billed separately
- Change requests must be approved in writing
- Major scope changes may require new contract
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or billing:
- 1 Direct Communication: Contact your project manager or our support team
- 2 Escalation: Issues will be escalated to senior management if needed
- 3 Mediation: For unresolved disputes, we offer third-party mediation
- 4 Legal Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved under the laws of Oregon, USA
